For Betty

I had to make a special card for a very important person it was for her 90th Birthday and unfortunately she would have moved from Redwood my Mum's Nursing Home a few days before it. So I had promised to make her a card and send it to her new home. My heart went out to her because she was dreadfully upset leaving a place she called home for several years and I feel angry to the people who were responsible for making this happen.
Anyway the card was the perfect excuse to make a card using some fabulous dies I've hardly used and it worked so well with the  Die Crazy Challenge with Simon says Stamps at Lovefest on Splitcoast Stampers.

You don't have to use Simon Says stamps die to join in but they would love it if you do. There are other challenges and prizes too. If you are not a member nows the time to join and if you are what are you waiting for.
For my card I've use Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles and the Happy die and sentiment, with Memory Box numbers.

Stunning card for that special lady, yes some people don't stop to think that at 90 they don't need the upset of moving from what they call home. Hazel

Just so beautiful Debby, gorgeous dies. What a real shame to move such an elderly lady, so unsettling for her, I'm sure she will love her card, hugs Kate x

A truly lovely card Debby, and I'm sure Betty loved it. So sad she had to be moved to another home, it seems so unfair and unsettling for someone of her years!
