And so it continues

We now have stud walls waiting for pipes, wires and insulation.

The new part of the patio won't match the rest so originally we said could they order slabs for the old part but we've now decided they can lay as well, my builder reckons it won't take long!

They've gone up into the room space ready for the new back door.

This tiny space is mine, it may look on paper I have a large room but actually is smaller than the one I left.

It will be difficult at first to move to a smaller room...but if you shelf or cupboard as high as you can, you sill get maximum storage space. It will be fun to decorate a new space though!
I want to downsize to a slightly smaller house and much smaller garden...DH is undecided at the moment.
I know the hardest thing will be to go to sa much smaller craft room!

Even if your new room is smaller, if the storage is better, it's still a win! Can't wait to see the finished space.

This will be great when it is finished. I think sometimes with a smaller space we have to keep it tidier and often it is also down to how things are stored and making maximum use of the space. x

It is all looking good Debby. Have you got a tame carpenter who can fill the walls with drawers and shelves?

Its looking good Debby, It may be smaller than what you had but it would be heaven for me! I work in the dining end of my lounge :o(( I do use the whole dining room but I would love a craft room.
