It's Party time at Everybody Art Challenge and with a card that is more CAS than fussy. I do love this adorable Saturated Canary image, all dressed up for a party. The sentiment is from Stampin Up and the retro flower is the a EK success punch with the MFT swirl cut up to suit.
The papers are left over bits possibly an Echo Park pack.
I do like this fun way of layering I don't have many washi tape that you suppose to use but scraps of patterned work for me.

Did manage to a few a cards yesterday but most are CAS design and cleaned up my PC to help it keep up with the new mouse.
