Time for new challenge on Simon Says Stamp Challenge 

 and this week its

Masculine/Father's Day

The team are also using Tim Holtz Products products but thats not a requirement for the challenge just the DT chance to show what amazing products Simon Says Stamps have in their store.

I always try to arty when we have been asked to used Tim Holtz products and my end results always disappoint me so this time I'll just do it my way. 

First my cute image is a Mo Manning but its actually a stamp from Stamping Bella Fixer Boy, then you need boy colours so the Doodlebug Stars and Stripes.

Now you know I love Tim Holtz Sizzix Bricked embossing folder and with this image I thought it would be perfect and I used a bit of blue ink to help show the bricks up. 

To decorate came a bit of problem cos its boys/mens card and we know how hard their cards are to embellish so I used the fabulous Weathered clock die.

Then it was just the sentiment and the All Ocassion Tilted banner set had a perfect one that could be used for Father's Day or a Birthday so very versatile and I use it a lot. To make the red mat behind the sentiment I used the die to draw round and cut it out, trim once the sentiment is stuck on it to tidy up the ends. It does make it hard going to fold but it I think its worth it.
