Grungy Sunday
Last week I had ticked all the boxes for the cards I needed to make and then it was time to play. The Penny Black stamp called Love Blush is still stitting on my desk and has been for months (this is because my Penny Black draw is full and I need to do a bit of shuffling around).
I decided to make a grungy card, maybe I went a bit OTT on the distress inkpads. I also used the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches, well in around about way.
I wanted something other than a banner so I settled for a Memory box die with the two stampin punches to make the sentiment strip.
Lots of pearls to finish and sneaky missing pearl so it looks like the corner was torn off.
So who was watching the Olympics last night wasn't it amazing, I was watching something recorded and my netbook was playing the Olympics so I didn't miss anything. Well done Team GB and of course well done to all the athletics.

Good morning Debby,
I have a question for you, were your ears burning yesterday morning ? As I put two more memory box dies into my basket at the craft warehouse, I muttered to my daughter blame that Debbie Yates !!
I just had to have that border one you use the other day and then another slipped in my basket as well, but I'm still waiting to get hold of that poppy one though.
I love your card, you have used one of my favourite penny black stamps which I've had for years and it comes out time and again.
Have a good Sunday.
