Christmas Trees

I'm having a bit of confidence moment, I've unpicked some crocheting because it got the better of me and my cards always seem to have something wrong or something I would change. Thats after I continue to drop things and make a mess. I'm hoping by writing it down I would realise how silly I am.

Even this card was fiddled with because I was unhappy how when I photo the sentiment doesn't look straight, its actually crooked and as soon as I took the picture I made it straight again!

The trees are a Memory Box die called Alpine Trees and I stamped the sentiment using Simon says Stamp Inside Christmas Greetings.

I splattered some dark blue card with white paint, I do have the Tim Holtz Splatter Brush which I would use if I could remember where I put it!

I cut the Simon says Stamp Stitched Snowflakes with some glitter card.

This made me smile. I constantly drop things while making cards. I am also terrible about getting sentiments crooked. All that aside, I love making cards and am currently in the process of making Christmas cards. About 40 done so far and about 25 to go. This is the earliest I've ever started as I usually wait until the first of December and then panic.

Gorgeous card, Debby. I often take a photo of my card and in the photo things don't look straight, but when I measure them they are straight.... and people say the camera never lies! xx

A pretty winter scene and great contrast with the dark blue background and the white trees Debby and love the splatters and the silver glitter snowflakes and the sentiment fits beautifully under the trees. x
