No card today but I do have my hippo that I made still not that brilliant at sewing on limbs but she does look cute. The pattern I found on Ravelry on there she is called Betty the Hippo not sure mine is a Betty though
The wool my daughter brought me for Mother's Day which is why the odd colours but I think they work
The tail is on the long side but making her headband was different especially making a flower with chains. Of course you could omit the headband and the hippo because a Harry the Hippo.
I've made a dog and a strange looking rabbit that looks like an alien but haven't photo them yet.
Off to Swimming club this morning, packing a few bits for a crop tomorrow but leaving early to celebrate Mason's second birthday and on Sunday going to Ally Pally.

I think this is gorgeous and the limbs look great to me! I have recently learn to do Amigurumi myself and I get a real buzz from creating a cute character out of wool! I also love to 'ooh and ahhh' over other people's makes so thanks very much for sharing…..you have given me a smile today!
