We are celebrating our 6th Birthday ! WOO HOO ! Our 1st ever challenge was on Wednesday 1st April 2009, hasn't time flown ! We would like to take this opportunity to thank YOU all for joining in with the challenges !

Goodness six years since the first challenge what's even more scary I've been there every step of the way.
So for my card I've used the Simon says Stamp Stitched Rectangle dies to start with and embossing them rather than cut them out. But I did cut one out so I could have a rectangle in the centre of my paper the right size for my embossed frame to make the sky and bit of grass with ink.
I then used the tails from the Simon say Stamp,stamp set Soaring for you to help position my my kites, then it was a case of stamping the kites and clouds. Using the matching dies My Heart Soars I cut out the kites and cloud out and stuck them where I wanted. The sentiment is from the Simon Say Stamp Birthday Messages did I sigh with relief one the one I like most fitted.
I wanted to leave it there but another part of me said use that flower I love at the moment, you know the one that came in the kit. So I did I used the Simon says Stamp Flowers on my Mind, only one though and I really must put the die in my shopping basket and save myself time fussy cutting.

This is so pretty and Springlike Debby. I love the way you have embossed the stitched rectangles and then added one in the centre on which you have set the scene for the added kites, clouds, flower and leaves, and the large sentiment really makes a statement. x
