I'm also on the look out for new sketch blogs since my favourite shut down so I've used Sweet Sketch Wednesday its a really fabulous sketch so will make sure I check them out each week.
I made the swirly border using EK success punch after watch a Bramwell video on U tube, I didn't watch the whole thing since I knew how do it, used to do it with the Fiskars border punches years ago.
Had a lovely surprise yesterday my DD rang me on my mobile to tell the Postman had left a parcel in a not so particular safe space, oh goodie its my parcel from Simon Says Stamps.

I love the way you pop up parts of the image (the apron and top of the hat). It gives your card a real 3-D look that is so impressive. You may think the colors are bright, but the background papers pull them all together. Nicely done!

This is a fantastic card. Makes you feel really nice and warm. Not too bright at all, I prefer bright cards to all those dark distressed cards. I have got this paper pad and I love it, needless to say not used it yet.
