Celebrate

We want you to celebrate over on Simon Says Stamp Challenge and in my case I've used the sweet Christmas Party Tilda available at Simon Says Stamps here.
Now the card was bit of an experiment I seen other cards have a fabulous frame round the card and so I thought I would give it a go I used  MS Modern Garland which I brought from Simon Says Stamps.  My problem was 5 inches was too small once punched out and the next size was too big. So I cut out two circles across and down made a bit difficult by the fact when I cut out once I was left with two bits to cut out the second time, I then joined them back up which the ribbon is hiding two of the cuts. But at the end of the day I love my frame but not sure I would have the patience to do it again.
The leaves are cut from Sizzix die and the flowers are Petaloo which I sprayed with gold and pearl glimmer mist

Don't forget to check out the DT there is some stunning work and there is a fabulous prize of $50.

You made me really laugh. We crafers never seem to choose the easy way. Why didn't you changed the size of your card when you found out the this lovely border was to small or to big......hahaha

Anyway love your card and your solution is great hiding the cut behind the ribbon.
Sweet image and lovely leaves. And ofcourse a beautiful border.
Hugs Sinikka

Wow Debby beautiful card and very clever design to deal with the frame will have to do a bit of that, thats the problem with some of the punches they are just not the right size when made into a square. Stunning card though. With love and hugs Shirleyxxxxx
