FATHERS DAY/MASCULINE

It will be Fathers Day on June 15th, you can also choose to make anything for a Man/Boy
We are showcasing Ranger Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used

As soon as the challenge says Ranger Products I go into meltdown and try to do something that is totally out of my comfort zone. Although this time I quite enjoy the process. I knew I was going to use Distress Ink Pads since I wanted to use Simon Says Stamps Pointed Feathers Die. I used Tumbled Glass and Broken China.
Because I used the feathers I wanted to used the Chevron stencil again from Simon Says Stamps and to give texture I used Dreamweaver embossing paste.
Then I used Wild Honey and Rusty Hinge to ink the side and help to show up the chevrons. I then stamped the inkpads on craft sheet and misted them with water. Picked up the colour with a paint and flicked drops of ink randomly over the chevrons.
The paper is from one of Simon Says Stamps kit couldn't believe how well it went. I didn't want to use a Father Day sentiment not sure why but this Kelly Purkey Dude set was in a pile waiting to be put away and these words stood out for me.
