Sometimes you make a card and when its finished you realised that it turned out so much better than you thought, well this is one of them, I love how it turned out.
First of all its the Tuesday Morning sketch and of course the little chap is from the Sailor Boys set. The papers are Authentique and I used raffia lace with some blue twine finished with a blue button.
I had to use the clouds from Woodware the Hot air balloon one and since they have stitched edge, I had to faux stitch round everything too.
The Stampin Up sentiment and punch finished it off for the sketch.
I had a fabulous day at MJ and almost completed two double layouts and two singles, just needs some tweaking today and they'll be finished.
Hopefully the rain will stay away till this afternoon, DD has gone to a boot sale to get rid of her rubbish and a bit of mine that I added to the pile.
