Sketch Saturday

So if you're bored with my Less is More I have been making my normal cards and using  some old DCWV paper which needed to be used up.
Having seen the sneak peeks of LOTV I thought it was time to ink up some old ones including this little chap with his boat.
The sketch is Sketch Saturday this week and as its a boys card, all thought of embellishments went out of the window.
So I had to settle for some stars, handmade photo corner and a button for the sentiment. Yes it does look like boys/mans card I have to make a banner using the square punch still pleased as punch that its so easy.
No chance of crafting today is paper work day and off later looking at cars.

Great card, Debby. I like the mix of papers and colours and your banner greetings are fab too. Loved all your Less is More cards - they are terrific. Thanks for your kind comment on my Thank You snippet card and you most certainly can pinch the idea for using up little strips of paper - I can never throw them away, especially the strips trimmed off the bottom edges of 12" x 12" sheets - I'm sure they are intended to be used :) Elizabeth x

Oh joy! Why didn't I think of using a square punch to make a banner. I struggle so much to get the sides even I don't attempt it often. Will have to have a go with the punch. Love the image, and the papers go so well with the colours.
Great card.

Hi Debby, I just read your DIET journey and read every word. I couldn't leave a comment there, so will do so here. I loved to read your awesome journey. You have so much willpower and it has worked so well for you although the journey has been tough, especially with the arthritis you suffer from. Last year, I had to lose some weight and although only a stone, know how much willpower it took to actually do that. As you grow older it doesn't come naturally and you have to work at it. Holidays to Spain are also my downfall, but hey! Wicked food & wine and worth it!!! Good luck on your journey {{{hugs}}} keeleyxx
