Sugar Bowl Boy

Kathy has done a fabulous sketch over on the Sugar Bowl with an added option of shabby chic, I inked round the edges of the cardstock afraid thats the shabbiness I could muster. I do love this Home Grown stamps he reminds me on my nephew although he is very blonde and this chap I coloured his hair brown so it didn't clash with his jumper.
The papers are Kaiser craft, I used MS zig-zag punch unfortunately its got a bit lost, the wheel thing I handcut out, its a template I made years ago when I used to handcut all my titles and if Mr Blogger lets me you can see the layout I used it on originally here.
One of the things I think is odd is Craftwork cards selling the tiny circles when they are so simple to make. Here I used a stampin' up 1/4 inch punch but I've have in the past used the dots left from using the croc-a-dile although its 1/6 and a bit smaller, I then used an embossing tool and make the rounded shape.
The sentiment is from Hobby Art, I wanted a new home sentiment and I had to buy a set of sentiments to get it and this was one of them.
I really pleased with myself the secret project is nearly finished, just the front page, I plan to finish it and photo it while the sun is shining.

I love those colours Debby, that Kaisercraft range is one of my favourites. Totally in love with your wheel, it fits in so beautifully. Had to smile at the thought of someone selling those tiny circles!! Do people buy them?? Thinking of all the tiny circles that get tossed away every time I have to punch holes in something, LOL
