If roses grow in Heaven Lord
Please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Mother's arms
and tell her they're from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
Place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for a while.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it everyday,
But there is an ache within my heart
That will never go away.
Today we shall be saying our final farewells to an amazing woman.
No matter how much you expect it, it still hurts.

This is such a hard time for you. I know. It's been almost 4 years now and I still have days that I have a hard time getting through. Just know that it does get easier and time will help. She will always be with you. Some day you will look in the mirror and see her looking back at you. You will remember random happy days and even the bad days too....all the memories keep her with you.
