The sketch is from Stamp with Fun, the papers are Nitwits Still Joyful paper pack and all the ususal suspects. Snowflakes and Icicle border are Martha Stewart punches and so is the Holly. Quickutz corners and the hinge is a Marianne die but I've sneaklily cut down and the join is hidden with stickles.
So I guess I should get on an make some more.
