This card was made for my Niece's friend, you know how much I like doing these but she wanted it the same as another card I made so that made life easier. She needed it for today so I thought it would be OK to show it. I'm quite proud of the colouring of the horse, I do find animals really difficult.
Should be back from MIL sometime today and hopefully feeling back to normal.

This is one of the few Magnolia images I don't have and I think it's so sweet, it always reminds me of the Thelwell cartoons!

Thanks for your post. One other thing is the fact that individual states have their own laws that affect home owners, which makes it very difficult for the Congress to come up with a brand new set of guidelines concerning foreclosures on home owners. The problem is that each state offers own laws and regulations which may have interaction in an undesirable manner with regards to foreclosure guidelines.
