Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge
Thank you for joining us for the Gift Tag Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week the challenge is
Snow White
Lots of options here, you could add snow to your project or use a lot of white on your creation. We will be looking forward to seeing how you interpret this theme! We are showcasing Reverse Confetti Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have them we would love to see them used.
As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store
I saw the Snow White Challenge so I took it literally meaning a white card with a touch of red for Snow White's lips are red as the rose. It also meant I could use Simon Says Stamp Rejoice die.
You could be asking where's the Reverse Confetti product well its the amazing Pierced Round Top die. To start with I planned to used a small one and add a white bouquet, but I was looking at it and wondered if I could use the large one to make the actual card.
It was so easy to do, I just lined up the fold at the edge and run it through the big shot, you just have to make sure you cutting the right side. I did manage to make one opening the wrong way. I was so please how it looked and another 6 was made for my Christmas cards. Oh I using some Linen Card I think it makes my cards look more expensive!
I was pleased that the Simon Says Stamp Pine Needle Trio arrived in my craft room, they made a base for my Simon Says Stamp Poinsettia Parade still my favourite poinsettia die. I found some small red pearls in my stash but I've recently brought Nuvo Red Berry drop the plan is not to buy as many gems in the future.
Here's a clue what I used for the same card but using the Simon Says Stamp Believe Stamp and Die set.
Do you use Instagram ? If so please add #ssswchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too.

Simon Says Stamp!
Loved seeing all the pieces laid out on your table. Monochromatic cards, especially in white, have such a starkly modern look. While I can well appreciate all the work, I think I'm not so keen on this style. On the other hand, I do like the contrast of red against white. I always enjoy seeing your projects. You so often open my eyes to new ways of seeing things. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis card is very elegant, love it!
