Diet Log


I'm scheduling this post because my week has just got worse as Mr Virgin-Broadband flies in and out. I don't want to leave my Penny Black Saturday Challenge Team-mates in the lurch tomorrow so while he's flown in I'll try and do my challenge post.
So the challenge is for Anything but a card so I copped out as usual and made a Notebook cover. Made it into a diet log that way I could use this cute Penny Black cow which just so happened that I picked her up in Hobbycraft in a bargain box.
As you can see the camera is hates me too and made her wishy washy but I will check my memento pad in case its drying up. The papers are First Edition and I used the MFT Triple Scallop borders, my Woodware Daisy punch. The letters are Memory box like them a lot they cut the small letter much better than my cricut.
So do pop over and check out the team.
Bit of luck Mr Virgin-Broadband will fly in and decide to stay tomorrow otherwise I guess its yet another phone call to have a moan.

    Debby what a great idea - a diet log with such a sweet cover, we keep getting told at Slimming Worldbthatbwe need to write everything down, you wouldn't mind writing in this notebook.

    What a fun image! Great image for a diet log...good luck with that...I know you have done really well!
    Great colours and paper piecing...perfect for this fun look!

    I need to get up and walk every day...I did that in England and managed to lose a few pounds. Been trying to keep it up over here too!
