Rockin' Robin

Awwww having PC probs this morning the Internet is on a go slow so may have to reboot the thingy box. Before I do heres my card for The Gem of Challenge love that we have a sketch each month with an optional extra, this month is Autumn colours, which I forgot but I so wanted to use this cute robin.
I originally got him as a free digi that Janet was offering and as you can see I've made him a bit too big thats my prob with digi I either make them too big or too small. He is now available to buy in Pink Gem Designs as a Digi.
I've used a sizzix die for the mistletoe, the papers are from Kars pack and the ticket sentiment is from Pink Gem Designs too.
I'm having a dilemma over my Birthday present, I want to be able to download books to read (my hubby thinks this will help with the clutter) but I'm concern about holding an e reader for long time cos of my dodgy joints.  I would also like to be able to use the Internet on my bad days when I get to watch daytime telly.
So I was thinking of netbook which could easily sit on a cushion/laptable.
But then I was shown a i pad which would do all of those things but I would have to buy a docking stand as well, plus I've read some not so good things about it.
Hubby said he would buy a e reader and a netbook if thats what I want or i pad so all I have to do is make a decision.

  9. A very sweet card Debby, I think he looks great big. I've got an Elonex eReader and I don't think it's any heavier to hold than a paperback. Can't help with the iPad though.

  11. Hi Debby. This is absolutely gorgeous. Love the colours and papers. Great layout and the image is beautifully coloured. I think it suits this size, as it sort of pops off the card. Good luck with your decision, I haven't used any of these items so can't give you any ideas. Sorry. Donna
