Here waits my cards for a good home, I was really good last week and put inserts and bagged them up.
We need a new Printer, the old prints and does what the PC tells it but the printer refuses to talk to the PC so I can't scan or use the memory card slots. So I've chosen an Epson all in one which uses the same ink as my sisters and I'm hoping all my digi images nightmares will be over. Now I just need to feel normal and in mood to load it to my PC.Pages

WOYWW #56
Instead of showing my craftroom for Whats on your workdesk Wednesday 56 which looks very similar to this I thought I show you where I spent the other half of my time, when I'm not in the craft room. There's an alcove in the dining room which we've put shelves on and that's where the PC etc lives.
Wednesday Princess
Tilda is from the fairytale collection which you can find at Simon Says Stamps along with the new Wedding collection, they also have the deep edge daisy punch that I've used but I've cut along the middle to go round the oval and the strip down the side.
The flowers are a mixture of Prima and Wild Orchid and I've used a cuttlebug daisy embossing folder for the oval and then dotted the centres.
I'm pretty sure I'm suffering from Hayfever since I've got a bunged up nose and tired, puffy eyes and the only thing that helps is anti-histimine the one I've got shouldn't make you drowsy they obviously haven't met me. Add a couple of pain pills and I'm off with the fairies!!!!!!

Birthday Tuesday
There's a fab challenge on Everybody Art Challenge and its so easy too a Birthday card. I had this cute litte bear from LOTV all ready coloured so she just had to be used.
The next job was to find some different papers because the ones I coloured the image for just didn't work but luckily I've still got bit left of this Kaiser pack.
I love using punched flowers you use the scraps of the papers you are using so it connect the whole card together. The flower punches are all EK sucess one and I've various size circle punches for the middles.
Not forgetting the touch of glossy accents on her glasses, job done.
I woken up this morning to rain which cooling the temperature down lovely, it just starting to be a little too hot for me.

Sizzling Monday
Phew its another hot day here in the SouthEast in the UK but its too hot for me and I shall be found hiding in the shade.
My card today is using a sketch from LOTV challenge from Dawny. I've cut the mat out and lined it with the cloud stamp from Hero Arts that I got from Simon Says Stamps and acetate.
Layered the boy from LOTV and the leaves are a Magnolia stamp so now it looks like the little chap is flying through the trees.
The papers are Doodlebug and I punched the brown circles and embossed the back of them.
I grabbed my DD this morning and asked for a number and she called 56 before leaving the house for work.
So Jill of Ballerina Crafts you need to email me your address to debby4000craftystuff@hotmail.co.uk.

High Hopes Stars
I thought this chap would be great for a Man's get well card especially when they get Man's Flu. Of course if I made this a chaps card I need embellishments and that's where High Hopes Challenge comes in, the challenge this week is Stars.
Also a couple of weeks ago I made a Tilda card with dangling stars on her wand so that's where I got the inspiration for my large star and hanging stars. The papers are Pink Paislee and I made the photo corners and I'm really pleased how the paper piecing nightshirt turned out.
It's going to be another hot summer day maybe the hottest so far.

Paperpatch Hedgie
There's a brilliant challenge this week on Penny Black Saturday Challenge its PaperPatch. Its like patchwork but with paper, you can use any shapes and a great way to use up scraps too. I've use a patchwork thingy to cut out my diamond shape and the papers are a Papermania pack.
Fantastic Ribbons are sponsoring us this week so you've chance to win some. The DT received some and I used the pink polka dot on my card.
An not forgetting that there's 15% voucher from PB stamps for life.

Wedding
It was only when my card was finished did I work out the ribbons flowing behind the dress is the tails from the chaps suit, so you will just have to imagine that the suit is lined with turquoise silk! Pity I was really pleased how this turned out.
I used Dawny fabulous sketch on Papertake Weekly this week and finally coloured up the LOTV wedding couple. The papers are American Craft that I've had for a while now but I've finally cut into them. Hearts and punched border are MS, sentiment WOJ and I used those stampin up punches.
I had a bow for the ribbon but there wasn't space.
Talking of LOTV I was in the top three for their last challenge with this card here.
And if you fancy some secondhand Nellies you find the post here.
So the weekend is upon us and its looking to be a perfect sunny summer one, I had planned a crafty weekend with DD off to Hen party weekend somewhere near Norwich but it looks like I will have to take a break on Saturday to go to Sis to watch Hubby lay their new lawn that way I get fed too. Sunday will depend on how far Hubby gets on with the lawn.

Good Home
A bit late this morning I forgot the glossy accents on Meg's goggles, so I had to wait till they were nearly dry to photo the card.
This is Pink Gem Design's Scuba Meg at first I wasn't sure how to use her but since I've used the swirls for water on another card, I though it would work with Meg. I've used stickles to highlight the swirls and the sketch is #108 from Sketch Saturday.
I've seen twine used on cards so I brought some but I'm not sure I like it, don't mind the bow but the little knots on the other buttons are annoying me. Wished now I coloured a few more fish too. The papers are Kaiser which I've only got scrap left, maybe enough for one more card.
Few weeks ago I had a bit of a sort out of some stamps, well family and non blogging friends have had a few but I still have a few left. So I've put them in groups this one is the first one of Sugar Nellies by Elizabeth Bell. I'm not getting rid of them cos I don't like them but I've my favourites which I always use and these cuties get overlooked so they need to go to home where they will get used. They probably have been used and they have ez mount on them.
So hopefully I've added Mr Linky so if you feel you can give them a good home just link with Mr Linky and if he disappears please pop back later.

WOYWW
It's not really my Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday but this is my new tote bag. I had a one that was about the size of the bottom of this new one but the zip is coming away from the fabric probably because I've tried to get too much inside it.
The top is detachable so if I want I can take just the bottom but I usually take my tool bag, my brad bag (if I don't take them I will want them) and sometimes another bag with a A4 box that has photos in to scrapbook, well with this new bag it will all fit in the top.
Crops are a great place to meet other crafters and I think these days it doesn't matter if you make cards or scrapbooking its the socialising with people who understand stash buying thats important.
I want to apologise to all the wonderful people who have sent me such wonderful awards, not being 100% and having totally senior moments, I kept forgetting to put them on my blog.
Just a couple of photos to record my visits, the first being Raglan Castle that I visited when we went to Wales the Ebbw Vale Male Choir was singing inside, part of Raglan Musical Festival.
And here is Highcliffe Castle that we visited yesterday, sorry about the strange man on the phone if I knew how to photo shop maybe I could made him invisible!
Bear Hugs
When I was making this card I felt Mr Mojo was missing but I reckon this would be my version of CAS. The papers are Kaiser and I used a butterfly embossing folder. The sweet bear is Stampavie by their designer Penny Johnson you will find that Simon Says Stamps has over 100 stampavie stamps including the Sarah Kay I used yesterday.
The challenge over on Simon Says Stamps Challenge is for Friends and since we're showcasing Penny Johnson I had to use this bear since the poor thing was uninked and desperate to be used.
We've three brand new members of our DT pop over to the challenge and find out who, we're all over the moon that they could join us.
We had a beautiful day yesterday, although hot and sunny there was a sea breeze to keep the heat pleasant. We went to Highcliffe Castle and had a cream tea for lunch.
It's going to be Hot Hot Hot today so I need to find space in my craft room for a fan!

A little extra
I'm still practising with my copics, quite a few land in the bin but this Sarah Kay couple I almost happy with. I do have issues with one or two things but from a distant you can't see them!
I do find that copics or the ones I've got are too bright, that yellow for example is way to bright but I managed to soften it down.
I used the fab sketch over on Cute Card Thursday, which too be honest was quite a difficult sketch or at least I found it was, but I really please how it turned out. I used Basic Grey Origins and the flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts.

Vibrant Tuesday
It's a Pink and Green Challenge over on Everybody Art Challenge and I've used the Cosmo Cricket Delovely papers yet again, it's still bright but not as bad as yesterdays. I used the gorgeous stamp from LOTV isn't she cute.
Using different shaped nestabilities was a bit of an experiment not quite sure I've pulled it off.
Off to Bournemouth today to see my MIL she's on her hols, she came down yesterday on a coach and since Bournemouth is nearer to us than Rochdale we combine a visit. Not sure where we will end up but the weather is looking good.
Now don't forget to check out the DT there's always some fabulous cards to see.
Just found out I'm one of the random blogs to chose a blogger to win 2 fabulous Melijens designs stamps from High Hopes. So as I'm in a hurry, I shouted at Hubby to chose a number and the winner is
Andrea you need to contact Nikki :- nichola.fairbairn@googlemail.com

A bright Monday Morning
Warning you will need your Sunglasses for this card.
I've used the Cosmo Cricket papers Delovely even tried inking the edges to try and tone it down. I've finally managed a couple of challenges, Just Magnolia - In the Garden and this weeks Friday Sketchers sketch although once I started it sort of had a mind of its own.
The leaves for my dinky flowers is a Martha Stewart snowflake punch cut into three, I saw a lady called Joanne (sorry can't remember the surname) at the Glitter Pot demo it and they're perfect for small flowers punches.
I used the MS lattice punch cos it reminds me of trellis and it needed flowers growing on it and them I thought I how cute the standing flowers look. At this point I thought I better step away from the card cos it was all getting OTT.
The ribbon believe or not is a perfect match but somehow the camera is not liking ribbon at the moment.
Hope everyone had a good weekend, we had a family roast dinner and a chat about the big Holiday which looks like everything is booked. DS has booked us in The Bellagio with a room with a view while he and DD are booked into the cheaper Luxor. DD has booked for us all to see Cher, the Helicopter is booked with a pick up at the Hotel, the car is booked. DS has confirmed he's booked a Hotel in Venice Beach LA, although he and DD are sharing so that could be interesting!

Two by Two
I had this card perched on my desk for a couple of days trying to work out what else to put on it but I just couldn't. It's Anything Goes on High Hopes challenge this week and I've still some of the new Dustin Pike High Hopes stamps to use and this one just cried out to be used. I've 3d the images of course and I made the sea with some blue paper from Pink Paislee and acetate which was embossed then load of stickles in the swirls.
The stamp has a wavy wave that I coloured and cut out, I stuck it on top of the acetate and trimed so it gave a neat finish.
The Pink Paislee swirly paper is such a perfect colour for the roof of the ark and so fancy I couldn't cover it, I tried but the most I could do was to pop on a bit of ribbon.
It's been a really busy week on the High High Blog and I've managed to do everything I hope in a bit of haze with feeling under the weather but I hope you all enjoyed all the fab new designs from the new designers.
Don't forget the blog hop doesn't finish until 21st June at 12pm GMT so you've still got time to hop.

Sail Away
It's Travel and Holidays for the challenge this week on Penny Black Saturday Challenge and the first thing I thought of was this little mouse in his newspaper boat.
Unfortunately that was the best bit of motivation I've had all week and I've been really stuggling to make cards. And that blasted camera has done strange things to my ribbon would you believe it almost a lime green colour!
I got out some My Minds Eye paper that came in a huge stack and I've hardly touch any of it but now I'm not sure if I chose right or is it just that bit of ribbon that's spoiling the view.
I do love using different size flower punches and you're notice there's always three or an odd number that's because odd number embellies work better than even ones.
Do check out the DT there's always fabulous samples and they always seem to use a stamp I haven't got and desperately need.

Summer Wedding
It's with a sad heart but this is my last card for Secret Crafter Saturday challenge as a member of the Design Team. Since the challenge is for A Wedding card or Anniversary, I'm using the cute Woodware stamps from Francoise Read which can be purchase at Secret Crafter. I decided to use the hot summer papers of SEI and lots of glitter and pearls. My Woodware daisy punches had an airing too. Although my DD told me my groom looks like a leprechaun and when I told Francoise this she did agree that he would look fab for St Patrick's day so don't say you haven't been warned.
But I will be joining in with the challenges and I know there are more exclusive secret crafter stamps which I look forward to seeing and buying.

HH blog hop
Today is the High Hopes Blog Hop for the new release of stamps by Meljen's Designs. If you're lost you need to go to the High Hopes blog to see the order of the blog hop.
But hopefully you've arrived from Lacey's Blog, don't forget to comment because four random Diva's will be choosing a winner from their comments each to received two stamps from this fab collection.
Now you need to pop over to Amy's Blog you're nearly finished
Here's my little Flower girl, I really enjoyed putting her together, I used the Wild Rose papers and the flowers are EK punches. Some gems and a border punch to finish.
I'm having a bit of a pants week, yesterday I woke in the early hours with an awful headache and it took over for the rest of the day. Fingers crossed today will be a better day.

Sunny Sneak Peek
Another sneak peek at the fabulous stamp collection from High Hopes, I'm so pleased that High Hopes chose Meljens Designs it means not struggling with digi images that don't dry or messy about with various mediums to set the ink. It means I can stamp this image a few times so I can layer the image without stress and I love it.
These SEI papers that I've had before was in MJ's Every Moment Matters bargain bucket and they are perfect for summer cards.
You can see the crooked photographer is back but I've woken up with a bad headache so it's going to have to stay.
Back tomorrow for the blog hop.

More Sneak Peeks
Just as you're getting over the shock of the fantastic collection from High Hopes from the designer Dustin Pike. High Hopes is releasing yet another collection from fabulous designer Melissa Jenkins and we the HH Divas are going to do another blog hop on Friday.
Have to confess I was a bit late posting this and I've been admiring the blinkie cos those cards are mine!
Here's my sneak peek High Hopes Bunny card from Melissa Jenkins, you can see it much better now it's not blinkie. I've used some Doodlebug papers and I pretty sure this Sketch and Stash sketch. Not too sure on the leaves, fancy something different.
seee below Diva's have some awesome eye candy to share with you over at their blogs:
