For Grumps

Here's a card I made for my BIL, hopefully it did arrive. I used the online service with Royal Mail and we have seen the RM van go to the post box and I sent it in plenty of time.

Its with an old Woodware clear stamp just stamped onto different colour papers and fussy cut out. Edged with matching papers.

I received some lovely kind words, I'll keep making cards but I really need to make what I want and not the other way round.

  1. This is wonderful Debby, such a great die. Love the colour combo.
I think making what we want rather than what we have to is great. Sometimes with lack of mojo I accept what I have to do though. Enjoy whatever you do and keep making great projects.
    Keep safe and well.

  2. This looks great in all the different complementary papers Debby and am sure BIL will love it. You do have to make the cards that please you, especially at times like this, and that way it is much more satisfying. Take care. x

  3. Super card, love the different papers, I'm sure your BinL,will love it.
Absolutely make the cards that you like, I found that when I was on design teams that my mojo disappeared, personally I had to be able to think freely the designs I wanted to make and not have to work to someone else's ideas, Kate x x

  5. Lovely lovely card as usual Debbie.. and our mail her in Oz is appalling.. hope it goes better there.
I agree re making what you want thats why I don't do DT work for number of years now.
Time constraints difficult enough without having must use products.
Thanks for sharing, and may God bless and keep you and all whom you love, in these changeable times. As Paul wrote: "We walk by faith, not by sight."
    Prayer hugs, Shaz in Oz.x
