Sleepy Kitty

It's finally here, love Stamptember even though I'm away for a couple of weeks better planning for next year. I was lucky enough to received a fabulous new stamp called Right Meow and I spent a whole craft day using it, total amount of cards was six.

Although I only received a stamp set all the other products are Simon says Stamp, so my first is using the sleepy kitty. I used the Stitched Squares and the sleepy kitty sentiment was another stamp from the stamp set.

The small sentiment underneath is from Messages for Everyday and the heart was left over from another card I made using the Holiday Shapes.

There are some dies available here but I fussy cut mine three bodies and three heads, layered with the help of some 3d foam squares

My second I made with Kraft card simply because I know white and kraft go well with each other. This time I used sleepy kitty on it own with a backdrop of Falling Stars die. To give a finished look I used the Stitched Rectangles and matted on white.

Before placing it on a card I stamped the sentiment from the Messages for Everyday with the clear inkpad and white embossing powder Once I had finished the card I decided to add the sleepy kitty but everthing was stuck down and it would all curl if I heat embossed and thats the reason I stamped it in black. It was my last of the six I made and I was bit tired well thats my excuse.

  5. This little kitty is so cute and looks really lovely on both cards and the panel design with the sentiment and sweet little pink heart with the pink layer is so pretty, then again using white on kraft and the die cut stars which go perfectly is also a beautiful card Debby. x
