I really need to pay attention to what I buy for Simon says Stamp Wednesday Challenge even when it was in my basket I still didn't twig that the Studio Katia Floral Cross was actually I beautifully cross and not pretty corner stamps that immediately came to my mind when I saw the stamp set on Simon says Stamp.  I did also buy some pretty Satin Vinca flower sequins and some pretty star ones as well, I used the Vinca ones on my card hopefully that works for bling.

I decided to used the stamps for my card using them as I first thought for corners. I used the Simon says Stamp Stitched Rectangles but I added a black mat before glueing to the pink mat this was to imitate the black line in the flowers.

The Simon says Stamp Happy Birthday die, its one of my faves since its a bit unusual. The flowers were all cut out and I used my secret weapon of the Pumice Stone Distress Marker so no-one can see the white core or pants cutting out. Don't think you can get away with a black pen makes your flower lines too harsh.

Have confess my card is quite simple but I was in a hurry to make sure it was made before leaving for my holiday at my sister's place in Spain but sometimes Clean and Simple is the best.

Do you use Instagram ?  If so please add  #ssswchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too.
