I stamped the main image stamp from the Wplus9 Citrus Background with Simon Says Stamp Orange Slush inkpad and using Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangles, I centred the image before cutting out.

I then stamped them a few times, the orange ones were done with but I coloured the lemons by using watercoloured pencils in the centre and watered brushed the colours to edge. Once dried I used the pencil for the rind. Not forgetting I fussy cut each orange and lemon so I could emboss the back a little so the edges are rounded and not flat.

Now when a die arrives in my craftroom it needs to be set to work and thats why I decided to use the new Simon Says Stamp Sunshine die and I thought it was perfect for the oranges and lemons. Just needed to finish the sentiment of by using Simon Says Stamp Thoughtful Messages which had a single small wishes on.

We went to London yesterday when we initially planned it, we wasn't expecting one of the hottest days of the year. It sent the trains doolally, decided to catch a train to Woking just as well we did, heavens know when we would have got home. Still didn't stop us enjoying our day out.

Do you use Instagram ?  If so please add  #ssswchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too.
