King for the Day

Ok I've had enough of mens card, I pretty certain I still have some to make but they will have to take a back seat, trying to work out embellisments is making my brain hurt.

I haven't used Mo's King for the Day for ages, love paper piecing the chair. I used the Stitched curve from MFT and the stars are a combination of MFT and Simon Says Stamp Bundle of Shapes. The papers are My Minds Eye and the sentiment is the one on my desk that lives there permanently.

  5. Masculine cards are never easy Debby but you have made a fabulous one here. I love the way the background coordinates with the chair, and the MM image is great and love the colouring and the dimension you gave given him, and the curved shape and added stars work beautifully. x

  9. Over at Cotswold Crafter's blog this week we had a challenge to make cards for the 'men' and your card would have fitted right in, love him sitting there with his can in hand and a silly grin on his face :-) x
