Anything Goes

Oh my goodness its January and its the first Saturday so that means another challenge on Penny Black Saturday Challenge.

A nice an easy one to start the year Anything Goes which meant I could get out a favourite wish I found a bit more time in my craftroom this holiday seems to run away from me.

It didn't help my card had an issue and I had to cut it down although its now an odd size I think its still cute.

I used a stitched circle die for the image and used Lawn Fawn Scallop Rectangle which I happened to receive as a Christmas present.

I felt it needed a circle sentiment so I rediscovered my Stampin Up circle sentiments and the butterflies are a couple of punches I've had for years and years, now I know why I prefer dies, punching is not fun with dodgy shoulders.

The papers are Doodlebug, you know I love their bright pretty colours.

Do pop over and check out the team, hope you can join us this month.

  21. Fab card.... as always, Debby :-)) Happy New Year to you, hope 2016 brings all that you wish for, at the very least that it is easier on you than last year! I like your "cut down" card... I have been known to cut a card down to the point that I've had to use it either as a layer on a bigger card or as a tag... so you did well to "step away from the trimmer", lol. I love those Doodlebug papers too, they just shout "happy" to me :-) Donna xx
