Hexagons

Not sure on this card and all the different layering doesn't show in the photo. but the largest hexagon in the midde of the clutster has about five layers.
I then cut the Mod Hexdie from Poppystamp one more time so I could have a separate hexagon which I back with red.
The papers I'm pretty sure its Echo Park and the blue background I cut out some of the hexagon to make it a bit more interesting.
The Birthday die is from Simon Says Stamp, once again I cut it out twice and layered it, the wishes is on Its your Birthday again from Simon Says Stamp.
Fingers crossed  I get to make some cards today yesterday I made an apron for my DD fancy dress. I saw a pic and had a sort of pattern then it was a case of making do.
I'm impressed with my bias binding stitching May would be so impress and I'm getting to know my machine a bit better. My next task is sweet talk my sister to helping me make some loose fitting trousers for my hols.

  1. I think it's worked Debby, it's always so hard to capture dimension with a camera, but the shadows show the height!! Love the jolly papers. Have a good day xx

  21. This is a lovely card Debby and the spotty paper is very pretty and the hexagons stand out beautifully with them layered up like this. Great to have the hexagons echoed in the background paper too. x
