A couple of weeks ago I had posted a card with chevrons feather but after the feathers were cut out I had a bit left. Since it was a bit fiddly to do I wasn't going to waste it, so I made a scallop frame for the it.
The cut out the Simon Says Stamps Pointed feathers die in the matching colours. Simply finished with a sentiment and since I'm still loving the Perfect Love set from Simon Says Stamps it was an easy choice.
This is lovely Debby, I wish my left-overs looked like this! I'm growing more and more fond of the feathers too, I think they will have to go on my next shopping list from SSS. Thanks for sharing your ideas with us xx
What a great card made from leftovers, if only I could turn this heap on my desk in to such fab cards I would be laughing.:)Great idea putting the chevrons in a frame I really like the colours too. Lorraine
I loved the last card you made using the chevrons and feathers, and this one doesn't disappoint either. I just adore these shades of blue with the white, and the elegant sentiment finishes it a treat. x
