I obviously planned to use this frog at some point and he never got used but I discovered I didn't have any other Penny Blacks other than him ready to be used.
So I grabbed some odd bits of card and a sketch from Pinterest and this is what appeared. I think the papers are Pebbles.
The fish tails banners are just randomly cut and then used the corner of a square punch to give the shape.
A bit of twine and a Happy Birthday sentiment, job done.
