First I need to apologise for being a bit late and for the photo I had cards made but didn't photo them till this morning and its not good daylight so I had to use the home light but that turns the card a bit yellow.
So I had this little darling coloured for a while and she just needed to be made in card. I've used the sketch on Papertake Weekly and I couldn't bring myself to cover up the beautiful paper from LOTV so I made a frame to put over the paper so it looked like the sketch.
Then it was just some flowers and butterflies with a bit or ribbon to finish, annoyed with the brad in the ribbon because I coloured it with a copic pen and even though I didn't have the right colour it does not look that bad as it does in the photo so please pretend its not there.
Had a fab day at MJ's All day crop yesterday I made one layout which needs a title and in the process of another but discovered I had left all my swirls at home and of course I couldn't go farther without them.
It sounds like I didn't do much but I have a couple of big projects to come before Christmas and I made the shells in preparation of things to come and that took most of the morning.
I have to make a DT card today and it has to be done lucky for me I know sort of what I'm doing well in at least in my head hope I can transfer it to paper.
Gorgeous Debby the image is adorable and you have coloured her beautifully. Love the layout. Caroline xxx

ReplyDeleteSound like you had fun at your crop and kept busy even though you didn't have your swirls...
I know what it is like to just work on a part of a project at a crop...yesterday I went to the scrapbook store crop and stamped for 4 hours...I got so much done for my Christmas cards but I can hardly turn my neck today...i don't think my arthritis liked all that bending forward and pushing down with all your might...should have stood to stamp every now and then.
Silly me!
Love your card and also love the blue and the yellow combo.
