I knew September was going to busy but I didn't realise how busy so unfortunately I can't draw my candy till Sunday so I'll pop over to blue frog to extend it for longer.
At least I've managed to make a card for the Less is More Oval challenge, when Nikki brought my order with this retired stamp which I had to get once I knew it was going I knew exactly what was I was going to do.
Though it was a toss up whether to layer the sails or to bleach them in the end I decided to layer them.
Of course I was only going to make one but while I gave the black ink time to set a bit I layered up the card ready to just place the oval image on. When I came to blending the ink I realised the colour was wrong and it was more Aquamarine than Blue so quickly made up the one below but since the other blue card was ready had to make another this time to match.
So yesterday my Sis and I took my Dad out to Marks and Spencer to get a Jacket and ended up being out all day. Today we off to Sandown for a craft show since our friend Nikki is there for Stampin Up. I know it won't be as good as Ally Pally but I seen exhibitors list won't be a problem spending!
Tomorrow off to MJ for a bit of scrapbooking but in my case I'm making Christmas Cards and I've already packed my bag because I know how tired I will be today when we get back home today.
What a fab stamp Debby and two gorgeous cards you have made with it! Sounds like you have a couple of busy days ahead of you - enjoy and don't spend too much *smirk* xx

I was toying with the idea of Ally Pally. I was also toying with the idea of Sandown and I don't think I'm doing either of them now. I hope you had fun! These are two lovely makes, Debby. I actually prefer the first one because the inking looks a little more stormy! Hugs, Lesley
