Tearing

I do think the Less is More girls have bugged my craftroom because they pick challenges that they know I will not like. Anyone who crafts with me knows that tearing is something I hate and when I'm forced to tear its usually with my eyes shut.
I coped quite well with this bit of tearing just straight down the page and I'm afraid this is my limit but I kinda like it. I used the left over bit Tartan paper from the card I made earlier this week and paper pieced the MFT pure innocence image that sort of slipped into my basket from Simon Says Stamps.
I was buying some MFT border dies because I'm finding punching a bit harder to use these days so you could say they were essentials but I'm cutting down on buying actual stamps since one I have too many and two again I'm finding it harder to stamp lots of times for my layering too.
The tags I have one of those plastic templates but before I used it I stamped the Stampin Up sentiment so I could turn the template to make it fit.
Oh before I forget I used some fun flock on the top of boots.

  14. It's lovely Debby. The expanse of white looks great with the small image and the tartan next to it.
Do you use rocker blocks for stamping. They help to stamp beautifully and I don't think you need as much pressure with them.

How sweet is that wee bairn in her tartan dress?!! Love it and frankly may have to steal your idea for the odd Xmas card. Thanks for an inspiring post! Wends x
