Join me for a Cuppa


It's sketch time over on Simon Says Stamps Challenge and its one from our Teamie Dawny who makes fab sketches, not too complicated and plenty of room for embellishments. This week we are also featuring My Favourite Things.

Instead of using one their Pure Innocence images which cry out to be paper pieced I've used a Sarah Kay Tea Please image but i have used MFT dies. I especially love the Fancy Flourish die which I do chop up a bit so I have a top and bottom flourish. Then I've used Mini Royal Roses which I think I've worked out the best way to do them, a pop dot on the bottom rather than glue. The paper are Carta Belle Beautiful Moments from Echo Park.
Sorry that some of the things I've use are out of stock but Simon are at CHA so hopefully lots of new goodies will be arriving soon.

    Hi Debby this is absolutely beautiful I love SK stamps and this one is no exception, the colours you have used for her are just perfect as are those papers, flowers and other embellishments it has a vintage essence to it with I love so much.
