Sketch and Stash Sassy

I brought these Authentique papers because I thought they would work for boys/mens cards but in fact I finding them quite hard to use and think they work better as scrapbooking papers. But I've done my best used the Sketch and Stash sketch.
The little chap is Sassy Cheryl, bit annoyed that his face is washed out cos he does have rosy cheeks and more shadowing then whats showing here.
Glad I rediscovered that raffia lace but I'll have to use it sparingly since I don't think you can get it now.

  3. I really like this card. I think those papers are gorgeous and you did a great job with it!
I am wanting to get back to blogging and need to just "get on with it".

Hubby is feeling stronger but I seem to have lost my mojo...think I am a bit worn out with "looking after him"! LOL

I just need to find my routine again and create time to scrap and create! You do such a great job of posting regularly...you must have a fab routine to create such stunning cards over and over again...perhaps I should just steal your routine!!!

Hopefully I will have a post up by the end of the weekend...

  9. Those papers look brill. They go perfectly with this image anyway giving a nice denim feel to the card. I guess that's why I've not found the raffia lace then if they have stopped doing it.
    Great card.

  27. Cute image and nice papers... I know what you mean about some papers being more suited to scrapping, I think it's the scale of the patterns - these look great, though. LOVE that raffia ribbon, I haven't seen it around in my web shopping (which is sadly extensive, lol) Donna xx
