new die
I make my own cards out of A4 and when you make a square card you get a folded strip know as a scrapling well I've loads but I use them snowflakes etc. Well now I will use them with a new Memory die called Tessatina border I brought from the Make it show.
Well using the scraplings I cut out three borders and using the xyron X sticker machine to get glue on the back, I stuck three together on this card. Using another scrapling and the stamping up stripey embossing folder to make the bottom mat.
The sentiment is from Stampin up and stamped on another scrapling, cut down and I used a square punch to get the tail shape of tag, can't believe how simply this way is to make the shape. In case you wondering you use the corner of the square punch.
I'm going to enter this card as well to the Less is More challenge, which is why I've done a separate post.

Beautiful card shug I use A4 a lot of the time as well & use the ends for sentiments or smaller die cuts, they go in a box which I have to say is getting very full lol. Fabulous tip with the square punch, thank you. Never thought about that!

Can you tell me what is the name of the embossing folders for the top and bottom of this card I love them I live in Ireland and this is the first time I have come across your blog your card are just so elegant I love the strip effect on the end of the card with the lattice effect on the top I would really love to be able to do this hope you can give me the name of the embossing folders you can contact me at ambretteir@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI have noticed that in digital camera models, extraordinary sensors help to target automatically. The actual sensors associated with some digital cameras change in contrast, while others make use of a beam of infra-red (IR) light, particularly in low lighting. Higher specification cameras occasionally use a combination of both methods and may have Face Priority AF where the digital camera can 'See' the face and concentrate only upon that. Thank you for sharing your ideas on this weblog.
