Toy Solider

I had this chap waiting patiently to be used and when I saw the challenge on High Hopes this week is for Red and Green I knew it was time. He's a Dustin Pike stamp from High Hopes.
Now I decided to used theses Christmas papers I think they're Kars but the of course the cover has disappeared. But they have a fab page that looks like an advent but by the time I layered some contrasting papers it was hidden. I thought it was shame how you couldn't see it when I thought how about layering the number on the top roughly where they should be. In a quirky way I like it, just wished I used the cuttlebug embossing folders with numbers on the mat behind him. Didn't think it needed anymore embellishments so he will be ideal for my DS for Christmas.
