Tree-mendous

Well we've had Christmas cards so now its Halloween this is because the team over on Cute Card Thursday  have choosen trees or leaves for this weeks challenge and this is what popped into my head.
The tree and the spiders were cut  on the cricut and the spiders just cried out googly eyes.
The image is PennyBlack and the papers are a download from Sweet Shoppe Designs Spooky by F Jardine, just a touch of ribbon brought earlier this year with Halloween in mind.
It being one of those weeks when I wish it could be rewind, I spent all day yesterday thinking it was Thursday, we had a power cut Tuesday, just when I was thinking of goining with Hubby so I could be dropped of at my Sis at least then I could get a cup of tea it came back on.
Yesterday I parted with an awful lot of pennies for a pair of glasses and its no help when they tell you as you get old your eyes change!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Tee-hee it's Thursday today Debby. Love the PB cat and that fabulous grin on his face....cute spiders. I picked one pair of specs up yesterday, another one next week. Eeek...think of all the crafting goodies we could have bought with all those pennies!!!!

    Love your card, that tree you've cut out looks brilliant (so spooky). I have to strain my eyes to read anything now if I don't have my glasses on. Its no fun is it and its sooo expensive.

    Love your card Debby, beautifully embellished. I picked up new glasses last week and yep they cost the earth. I'm just 40 but was told that I'm now short in one & long in the other and they said it was an age thing to... Don't think I was smiling either lol.

    Once again another gorgeous card, I love halloween cards, I think its the colours that you use, I suppose I should get mine started. Oh and I too parted with an awful lot of pennies for a pair of glasses on Wednesday, and I kept the same frames, still at least I will be able to see.

    I know just what you mean about the glasses! My eyesight is so odd, I need varifocals for the tv but have to take them off to read! What's up with that, I want to know??!!
