Eskimo Kisses

There's a sketch from Jane on Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge that you can rotate etc. I thought it would be perfect for this sweet couple. Its a stamp from Stampavie but its one of Mo's designs that you can't but love.
Just wished my printer loved the digi's, I've embossed and fix some of the printed images and even then the ink still smudges so I have to settle for stamps.
The papers are Bo Bunny and the sentiment is Stampin Up. Below is the sketch we're using.

Finally DD managed to get to work yesterday she says the worst bit was our estate but the buses did manage for a while but we've had bit more snow and of course all the slush is now frozen solid and even more snow is on its way.
I can't blame Sis for not driving to MJ crop is about an 40 minute drive from her house and I have get to her first.
So I'm have a Scrapbooking day at home how much I will get done with both DD and Hubby under foot we will have to wait and see.

  6. Hi Debby, wow this is truly gorgeous....
I keep meaning to get that image, but i am not so good with the pc, and find it hard to resize, I think I need to get a new programme...
I must say my printer is good though, I never get any smudges from the ink, and that's suprising as we buy cheap ink...
my printer takes 6 cartridges and from tesco they cost 10- 12 pound each, Hubby found a site with the whole set's for I think about £14.

I don't go to craft group's and alway's wondered what a crop ment, can you explain please...( don't laugh )

Fantastic card Debby, I think I might get this image in rubber...as I sadly missed your candy offer...
Love those flower's too, those punch's look great...

Keep warm, and enjoy your scrapbook day, family permiting...

  19. Beautiful Debby, one of my all time favourites from Mo. Pity you're not having much success with digis. I use an inkjet and colour with promarkers (stampin up white card) and it never smudges. I have used the setting spray before though when I've used pencils and it wasn't great. Thank heavens for promarkers!!

    Hugs,

  37. I find Promarkers are best for digi images but I have found out the Promarkers seem to dissolve the embossing when I've stamped and embossed. Love these little eskimos and really adore the white centre of those flowers. Is it a punch I'm wondering. If it is you'll be sending me off shopping again. Fabulous card.

  42. Thankyou for commenting in my blog. Really love how the Image stands out on the card here..Really beautful. Hopefully you will get better weather. Put on wool, it helps. I drove to a craft friend today... It was -22C outside her house... That is cold...but it helps to wear wool...
    Big Hug to you..

  44. Such a bright, vibrant card and the little Eskimos are so sweet.

I find that if I leave my printed image for a while, or heat set it, it helps. I also use copics or promarkers to colour them - but also chalks.

Hope you had chance to play x
