Easel cards

I've been meaning to have a go at making an Easel card for a while and when I was told that this week Gina's chosen Easel cards for Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge I was really pleased. They are really easy to do, the measurements I had to make one was 4inches but I increased this to 5 inches otherwise the Sarah Kay image wouldn't of fitted.
The papers are Happily Everafter by Cosmo Cricket you may get fed up with these papers but I love them and I've still got quite a bit left from Pilar's book. The daisies are Woodware punches, the large one is 1 1/2inch yellow punch and the little ones are the 1inch green punch and I finally used the fabby pearl brads from Hobby House that I brought at Ally Pally.
My only problem with these cards is they will need a box to send them and they're awkward to photo.

  19. Gorgeous card Debby - think I must try one of these. Have you thought of sending them in a padded envelope rather than a box? I use Wilkinsons CD mailer envelopes - v good for 6" square cards that have got some dimension ... worth a thought??
