Here comes the Girls

There's a fabulous sketch on Papertake Weekly and its perfect for these sweet Japanese girls, the stamp is dream2stamp. I've masked them for the challenge on Secret Crafter but then I wanted to paper piece them so wouldn't actually see that I've masked them. So here's the before.
I used Basic Grey papers Urban Prairie and the flowers are a punch and from Poppicraft. I've tried to keep it simple the girls were quite large together but it was hard and I'm still thinking its too simple

  3. Debby, the card is lovely. I don't think any more embellishments are needed. The paper piecing makes the dresses look great and busy enough. Any more embellies and I think it would look too busy and crowded. Super card.

  7. I don't think it's simple at all!! I love it. I like how you've layered up the kimonos and the combination of papers you've used. I'm very pants at mixing papers and not getting a mish mash. I like it simple me!!

Like the masking too - must have a go at that challenge.
