Can you believe it I didn't make one card yesterday although this one I was waiting for the glossy accents to dry in my bottle cap. This is for Ismaki sketch 26, I've used another new Magnolia from the summer club and k&co papers, the little ticket stamp is from Autumn leaves.
Now this is what I've been up to trying to get up to date on a few projects, I've finally finished my CJ and my entry so thats all ready to go but you will have to wait till it comes back to see. Then I've caught up a bit with my A-Z of me, I'm so far behind I don't even know what letter I should be on. But thanks to JP Duck at Scrapbuddies for some ideas especially for K didn't have a clue what I was going to do with that letter but it was her idea of a photo in the mirror brilliant.
Laughter was probably the easiest but I've now decided there's far too many pics of me so will have to sort something out for the next letter.
I love your Edwin card. Your photos are great I love to put faces to blogs. Thanks for showing.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the interesting things you have exposed in your article. One thing I'd like to comment on is that FSBO human relationships are built with time. By launching yourself to the owners the first weekend break their FSBO is actually announced, prior to the masses begin calling on Wednesday, you produce a good link. By mailing them methods, educational supplies, free reports, and forms, you become the ally. By subtracting a personal desire for them as well as their scenario, you produce a solid interconnection that, oftentimes, pays off in the event the owners decide to go with a broker they know as well as trust -- preferably you.
