Home
My card was inspired by the sketch on Freshly Made Sketch but I had to settle for the sentiment just to be stamped rather that add a bit extra since it was quite large.
The houses are Brevilla Houses from Memory box cut out from scraps which is the reason that they are these colours. I placed them on black card and then cut round the house at the top.
In hindsight I would have place some doublesided tape on the back of card before cutting would have been less fiddly.
Dad was looking better last night he is breathing better, although being in hospital has highlighted some problems and its more likely he will have to go to a home. He is registered blind as well as being deaf and both seemed to have deteriorated even more over the last year.
On the card making I feeling a bit more positive since a couple of important cards are now done and only have a couple of more to do then I can relax and do whatever I like.

ReplyDeleteHope things are sorted out for your Dad soon. My step-mum had to go into a care home and once she settled it proved to be the best solution. She's happy, well looked after and healthier than she was before she moved. Fingers crossed for your Dad.
