WOYWW and LIMSketch for Christmas

So last night I left my cards in my room to dry and I place the flowersoft and glossy accents next to them to remind me that I need to use them before I photo the cards. I strategically placed paper over them till I'm ready to blog them. Although there may be a clue with the waste and the punch. I'm trying to make cards so I will have cards to blog if I have a few bad days which do happen and one of the reasons I always try to make my DT well in advance too, you never know whats round the corner.

I do have a confession for WOYWW I'm a real mucky crafter this is my floor and it collects on my feet and clothes which I walk it all in the house. In particular the square waste of sticky fixers which drives my Hubby mad.

At MJ crop there was a table of goodies from one of the girls who used to have a online shop, one of things I brought was this letter stamp. Thought it would work with this week sketch on Less is More. Found a scrap of dotty paper and green card. The holly is punched from the punch you can see on my desk.
Only two more to show and save them for tomorrow.

Did the 'C' stamp have the Christmas font on it as well or was that the paper that you used to stamp it on?? It's a great stamp :)

  16. I love your card. Simply stunning. Your floor made me laugh, maybe you need a plastic bag taped to the edge of your desk so that your sweepings might get caught in there? Amy #143

  19. Love your Christmas card! It is simple yet complex, very nice. Oh my about that floor. It often looks like a gerbil went crazy under my desk too, but not like that. We have this oleander bush outside our front door, well it is taller than our house so more a tree than a bush. It drops flowers all spring-summer-fall long and we track them all over the house so I know how those paper bits can end up everywhere.

  22. After seeing the floor of your craft room I'm feeling really virtuous. I actually ran the sucky up thing round my craftroom floor this morning - doesn't happen very often but I was fed up with those little scraps making their way into the loo.
Love your LIM card - that stamp was a great find.

  25. I so love this card!
I need to stockpile cards ahead too. Life gets so busy at times, doesn't it.
I have a carpeted floor right now and have to lug out the heavy, big vacuum to clean those peeled off glue tape bits. I have an offer on another house and the craft room in that house will have engineered hardwood. It will be nice to not worry constantly that I might drop an ink pad or inky stamp!
And...a quick sweep of the broom instead of that heavy vacuum. I am thinking electric broom...then you don't have to bend over to sweep all the bits into the dust pan. It just gobbles it all up into that tidy little cannister...Yay~!!!

  35. Debby, my floor is a mess, too. I don't know how some people can make it with carpet!

Spilled a tray full of glitter the other day . . . does that make you cringe?
