Triple Stamping

I had wondered how my favourite Hero Arts Stamp Leafy Vines would look if I tripled stamped it and I also used a multi coloured inkpad.
I've actually cut my coloured mats a bit of the thin side so if you look carefully you will find the halo effect. Thats why the mats need to be a bit more generous to hide it.
It also give me the opportunity to use the large Birthday sentiment from Simon Says Stamps.
I need to get myself into gear since my draft posts with cards waiting is down to two cards and one I can't show till after Sunday. But it does take a day or two possibly three to recover from the busy weekend but I've recently got the Downton Abbey DVD set and its kept me occupied, although my daughter is unhappy she sat a watch an episode and has now taken series one to watch in her room.

This is a lovely card using the triple stamping technique. The combination of this stamp and the shaded ink is really effective. You've got me wanting to try this technique now. Thanks for the inspiration.

Beautiful card, Debby. It really looks special with the different ink colors on your stamp. I LOVE Downton Abbey, too. I will forego almost any other activity or invitation to stay home and watch it when it's on our local channel.

Your story about your daughter is interesting, but I came to see the card and maybe get some tips on how to make it.
