Paper Pricking

Now this was a bit of experiment and to be honest I'm not sure it worked. I need to paper prick to enter the Less is More Challenge and although that was just going round the mat so not very original.
I then stamped with Elements of style and the butterfly set from Stamping up using a brown momento pad on to the linen card I use to make the actual card. It was coloured just using my Polychomos pencils but because its Linen it gave its own texture I then added the butterflies to give dimension. Perhaps this where I went wrong and inked round the edges.
I was probably pushing my luck adding all the pearls.

  1. I think it is a beautiful card. Like the linnen effect and you pricked straight. Lovely with the pearls. It looks elegant

  2. I'm not crazy about the less is more stuff,(always feel guilty if I don't do more rather than less), but your card is perfectly nice. Don't know how you could have done more and remained less.

  28. Gorgeous Debby! I opted for straight round the edge paper piercing for my LIM card (later this week) - spotted too many bees and butterfly trails done by others so went for the easy option. My trails would have looked like the flying critters had been at the sherry bottle :(
