In the Pink

I'm really annoyed with the camera or it could just be the grey days we're having but after all the trouble I took to find some matching pink paper, the camera for some strange reason as turned it RED!
Its a perfect match to Echo Park papers that I used even paper pieced the suitcase.
The image is of course a Penny Black and I used button for the centre of the bow, need some practice with that idea but it does mean I can enter into Creative Inspirations Challenge this week.
It was a great Stampin Up night because Sis hired the Golf Club function room at Southwood, Farnborough there was twenty of us, everyone manage to make a card and the lovely Blossom made some yummy food.
And yes I did some spending and enough to order my OWL.
Ok the the card is really annoying me, its suppose to Sunny and Cold, if it is I will try and photo that card again.

edited:- have changed photo its only slightly better but at least it doesn't look bright red now.

Don't you just hate it when that happens hun, it's something to do with colour saturation (according to himself, who am I to argue) but I still think this is an amazing card! Hugs, Sxx

Hi Debby it can be really a pain when the camera is not do what you want. I you have Photoshop you can fix the colour there. Otherwise a phototent would help a lot on dark days.

Still I like your card. Fun image......Oh I want also go on a long warm holiday.

Hi Debby! Oh this is adorable! I understand your frustration with the way colors look different than in real life but it looks fine! Ihave the same issue with pinks, reds and purples. My card right now looks like the dark red is REAL dark and really it matches the dp! So I understand! Your PB image is colored to perfection and I love the button and bow! Thanks for stopping by my blog! Good to see you!!!
hugs,
Grace

Lovely card. Your photo taking is better than mine!
Where do you find the time to make so many cards? If I get time to sit down and make a card in the week its not until about 9pm, then I have to spend an age looking at all the papers I have trying to decide what to use(nothing seems to go together or is right)and then its time for a bath and bed. If only I could win the lottery.....or speed up!
